The Mentor’s Eye is a 10-hour, self-paced mentor coaching education experience for experienced coaches who want sharper observation, stronger evidence-based feedback, and deeper ICF alignment. Built around the ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies, its eight modules move you from role clarity and ethical practice into the heart of mentor coaching, with guided reflections, three required artifacts, and a final knowledge check. It delivers 10 hours of Mentor Coaching Competency-aligned education, exactly the education hours coaches need for the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) Credit for Prior Learning pathway and for MCS renewal. As an ICF CCE-approved program, it also provides 10.00 Core Competency Education hours toward your current ICF credential renewal. It’s built for experienced coaches who are developing mentor coaching and credentialed coaches preparing for MCS readiness.
